Graham is set to deliver a £60m redevelopment of one corner of the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground.
The Northern Irish contractor was appointed by the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) to transform the Tavern and Allen stands at the famous north London arena.
The project will add more than 1,000 seats along with a pitch-facing restaurant and hospitality suites.
Designed by WilkinsonEyre, the scheme is also tasked with improving the architectural standard of the ground and enhancing the streetscape of St John’s Wood.
Lord’s will remain fully operational throughout the project, which is due to start this September and be completed in May 2027.
Graham’s work will include extensive repurposing of the Tavern Stand alongside the demolition and reconstruction of the adjacent Allen Stand.
MCC estates director Robert Ebdon said: “The redevelopment of the Tavern and Allen stands will complete our stand development programme, in which we have modernised facilities at Lord’s to continue to ensure the ground remains a world-class venue for cricket.
“The stands will also strengthen the club’s already-impressive sustainability credentials. We are looking forward to the construction phase.”

ISG completed the new Compton and Edrich stands at Lord’s in 2021.
