Tahlia Gabrielli expands into Robe and Penola

Tahlia Gabrielli is teaming up with the experienced team of Nedd Golding, Karyn Prelc, Simone Stevens and Michelle Kaarma.

Nedd and Karyn have worked together as co-agents for some time now, and are a formidable team in the south-east, complementing one another with different strengths and skills.

“I worked in real estate in the Clare Valley before moving to Robe, and I have always taken great pride in providing a professional and seamless service to our clients, whether it is selling or buying property, so I am very excited to be involved in the creation of this extensive Ray White network across Kingston South East, Robe, Penola and Mount Gambier,” Mr Golding said.

Ms Prelc is a long-time local of Robe and Penola after more than 30 years in the area.

“I have owned property in Robe as my second home for 21 years now, and resided predominantly on the family farm in Penola for more than 30 years,” she said.

“I’ve always had a strong interest in real estate and can not be more excited to offer all the unique Ray White advantages for our clients in my two favourite communities and surrounding towns.”

Ms Gabrielli, who has owned Ray White Mount Gambier for over five years, was the first ever female Chairman’s Elite level performer in SA/NT, and achieved this status again during the last financial year.

Tahlia has always been passionate about the Ray White brand. “I was born and bred in Mount Gambier, and I’m committed to bringing Ray White’s exceptional real estate brand, marketing and technology across this Limestone Coast region,” she said.

“I have had Robe on my vision board for a long time now. I am excited to be working with Nedd, Karyn, Michelle and Simone, whilst bringing my team’s passion for excellence to service Robe and surrounding towns, it’s such a beautiful market.”

The expansion strategically cements three key markets in the region for Ray White:

Robe: Known for its lifestyle properties and holiday homes

Penola: Featuring rural and residential in the famed Coonawarra wine region

Mount Gambier: Offers diverse housing options from family homes to lifestyle and rural properties

“We are finding more people are choosing Mount Gambier, Robe and Penola for the relaxed lifestyle, away from the big city, while still being able to purchase property at an affordable price,” Ms Gabrielli said.

“We also have a lot of investors buying here for better value and strong yields,”

Mount Gambier, a regional area in south eastern South Australia, is characterised by its lush volcanic landscape and increasingly attractive lifestyle offerings.

The team’s approach focuses on innovative market strategies, plus community engagement through local sponsorships.

Over the next 12 months, the main focus for the team will be continuing to serve their communities with the highest standards of customer service and results.

“Ray White gives our clients significant advantages unmatched by our competitors because of our access to the largest database of buyers in the country, more digital traffic with 1 million views a week at the Raywhite.com websites and exclusive technology that uses AI for the benefit of our clients.” Ms Gabrielli said.

“We see huge potential in Penola, Robe and its surrounding towns, along with Mount Gambier, to continue building on our reputation as experts in the local area,” Ms Gabrielli said.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom praised Ms Gabrielli’s expansion.

“Tahlia has been a long-term member of Ray White and embodies our company’s growth-oriented, family business DNA,” Mr Lindblom said.

“We’re excited about her potential, serving local communities in the South East, with her extensive marketing experience and customer-focused approach.

“We look forward to what Tahlia, Nedd, Karyn and the rest of the team will achieve in Robe, Penola and the surrounding areas.

“The team are local, customer focused, and have extensive experience, with all the Ray White technology at their fingertips to be the ultimate competition creators for the benefit of their clients.”
